Warm & clean environment. All staff including office staff, groomer, and medical are kind & welcoming. They are knowledgeable and sensitive to pet owners. All are very professional and caring towards the pet patients. I trust them because they demonstrate genuine concern for the wellbeing my pet.

Staff are friendly, polite and always answer questions and give helpful advice. The cleanliness of the physical clinic and the special touches, i.e. blankets on the exam table, entertainment for the felines in the exam room are some of the examples that make a trip to the Vets easy on pet and owner.
